"Finding the Right Watch"
I put in quite a bit of effort looking for the best deals and a trustworthy seller. 'It must be in time' offered the most competitive price! They responded to all my inquiries and delivered my order within a fair time period. I'd rate the whole experience a solid FIVE Stars.

"I wanted to purchase a 30k AP, but they don't respond to my emails"
I reached out twice via email to inquire about the AP steel skeleton, but got no response. I also dropped a message on their website, and guess what? No reply there either. How am I supposed to drop 30k online with a company that ignores emails?

"Website Claims Item Available, But It's Not!"
I placed an order for a Hublot Big Bang 45mm Ferrari 401.OQ.0123.VR Men's Watch from this site. The price was shockingly around $10,000 cheaper than anywhere else. Then I received a call from a guy named Bobby who informed me that the watch wasn’t really available and that they’d reach out when it was. They assured me they wouldn’t charge my card until it was in stock. I asked them to cancel my order, and they did. Fast forward weeks later, and they’re still listing the watch as available at that same crazy price. I ain't gonna waste my time with them again.

I just received my Chanel watch and I'm really happy with it! I checked it out at the boutique and then decided to look for it online since I wasn't about to shell out full price. Out of the three online retailers offering it, "ItMustBeTime" had the best price, saving me $45. Appreciate the savings! Now I gotta start putting away some cash for Christmas.

"Fantastic service and top-notch items."
I purchased a timepiece for my husband. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but when I reached out via email, they got back to me fast with the expected delivery date. The watch showed up right on schedule. Sadly, my husband wasn't a fan of the watch. I managed to send it back and got my refund quickly without any hassle. I was on the hunt for a watch that got stolen a couple of years back. Bobby reached out to me personally to let me know it was out of stock (Can you believe the company actually called me? WoW!) I ended up ordering a different watch, and it showed up super fast. The quality of the timepiece is fantastic, and the customer service was top-notch. I had quite a bit of back-and-forth with Bobby since I was uncertain whether the watch would come with silver or black hands. Bobby checked with his supplier, and I got the confirmation that it would indeed have silver hands. I went ahead and ordered the watch, relying on the guarantee of a full refund if it showed up with black hands.
